Embodied Living is mindfulness for the whole of us: our minds and our bodies - it is the embracing of our full capacities in every moment - building an awareness of the subtleties in the deep connection between the two, and our returning to a depth of wellbeing and a well of inspiration and insight. This is what I have come to experience and to know through developing the awareness and skills of the Alexander Technique, and this is what is available to you! I am so honoured to be able to share with you here what I have come to know and work with you on your unique journeys.

So expect to learn about how to EMBODY more PRESENCE and ENJOY the FREEDOM in being and expressing the YOU waiting to get out. Embodied Living meets you where you are and guides you to your most natural, engaged, freeing, invigorated sense of aliveness within every moment, every movement, and every emotion.
